SINGLE SILO VODKA
Our single Silo Vodka is an 80 proof, all winter wheat spirit that is lighty filtered to create a true craft profile. By lightly filtering through carbon we leave some of the wheat notes notes in the finished spirts and created a softer, earthy finished product.
SINGLE SILO DISTILLER'S CUT (UNFILTERED) VODKA
Unfiltered vodka is very different from what you think of when you think of vodka these days. Grampa did not have a filtration machine back in the day nor do we use one with this spirit. It's very hard & heavy with a bit more proof as well (100 proof).
SINGLE SILO ULTRA FILTERED VODKA
Ultrafiltered and very neutral in taste, this spirit is sharp and pure and rivals any elite vodka on the market today yet it is still made with small batch craft production processes.
SINGLE SILO CHAI INFUSED VODKA
We infuse our Single Silo with our own CHAI recipe. We procure spices from Seattle's Market Spice and create a 24hour infusion. Sips well alone or mixed!
